berkshire hathaway invests in dominos pizza and pool corp shares

Berkshire Hathaway Inc., led by Chairman Warren Buffett, has made significant investments in Domino’s Pizza Inc. and Pool Corp. during the third quarter, as the company adjusts its portfolio by reducing stakes in some long-held assets.

This move by Buffett demonstrates his ongoing commitment to identifying promising investment opportunities while adjusting his investment strategy. It was revealed in a recent regulatory filing that Berkshire acquired approximately 1.3 million shares of Domino’s, which represents a 3.6% ownership stake valued at around $550 million.

Following this announcement, both Domino’s Pizza and Pool Corp. experienced a notable increase in late trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
