Radicant Bank and Numarics have completed their merger, with the goal of enhancing offerings for private customers and SMEs by providing a fully integrated suite of banking, financial investment, and administrative services.
The newly formed entity will operate under the name Radicant Holding AG, with Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank (BLKB) as the majority shareholder. Venture capital firms Founderful, FiveT, Seed X, Davidson Capital, and UBS, which previously invested in Numarics, will also hold stakes in Radicant Holding AG.
Anton Stadelmann, the former CEO of Radicant Bank, will lead the new company, while Marco Primavesi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Radicant Bank, will assume the role of Chairman of Radicant Holding AG. The terms of the merger have not been disclosed. Radicant Bank is known for being a technology-driven financial services provider with its own banking license, while Numarics specializes in automating administrative processes for SMEs in Switzerland.
