luxury london hotel boTree listed for sale amid refinancing challenges

The BoTree hotel, situated in London near Bond Street station, is now available for purchase at a price of £275 million.

The luxury hotel project, developed by Shiva Hotels Group and now rebranded as Place III Hotels, consists of 199 rooms.

The hotel was built on the site of a former car park and had an initial development cost of £375 million ($487 million).

The sale of the hotel is being handled by real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., with the process being kept private according to sources familiar with the situation.
