The Department of Commerce has imposed additional limitations on the sale of high-bandwidth memory and chipmaking equipment, including products made by U.S. companies at overseas facilities.

Additionally, the government has blacklisted 140 Chinese entities, accusing them of operating on behalf of Beijing. Although the specific names of these entities were not disclosed, this action highlights the ongoing efforts to control China's technological advancements and maintain U.S. dominance in the semiconductor sector.
