Hong Kong's private wealth assets under management saw a slight increase for the first time since 2020, reaching approximately HK$9 trillion ($1.2 trillion) last year.
This growth followed inflows of around HK$341 billion, which were nearly three times higher than the previous year.
However, the total assets still remain significantly below the peak of HK$11.3 trillion in 2020, indicating ongoing challenges in the wealth management sector.
The report suggests a cautious recovery in the market, reflecting a gradual return of investor confidence in Hong Kong's financial landscape.
