Oceania Healthcare experienced a net loss of NZ$17.1 million in the first half of 2025, a significant decrease from the NZ$35.2 million profit recorded in the same period last year. The loss per share also dropped from NZ$0.049 to NZ$0.024 in 1H 2024.
Despite this, the company's revenue for the period saw a modest increase of 1.4% to NZ$133.5 million compared to the previous year.
Looking ahead, Oceania Healthcare expects an average annual revenue growth of 8.9% over the next three years, surpassing the projected 6.1% growth for the broader healthcare industry in New Zealand.
However, the company's shares have declined by 2.6% in the past week, and analysts have identified two warning signs for investors to consider.
