Enviro Infra IPO sees 30 times subscription amid declining grey market premium

Enviro Infra Engineers' IPO has received a significant subscription rate of 30.32 times on its final bidding day, November 26, with a price range of Rs 140-148 per share.

The IPO consists of a fresh issue of 3.87 crore equity shares and an offer for sale of 52.68 lakh shares by promoters.

By 1:15 PM, bids reached 93.37 crore shares against the 3.07 crore shares available. The non-institutional investor segment had the highest demand, with a subscription rate of 94.59 times, followed by retail individual investors at 16.90 times. Qualified institutional buyers subscribed 5.64 times.

The IPO had previously raised approximately Rs 195 crore from anchor investors.

The grey market premium has decreased slightly, with shares trading at a premium of Rs 48, indicating a potential listing premium of around 32 percent.
