Information Security Media Group acquires majority stake in Payatu Technologies

ISMG, a U.S.-based company, has acquired a majority stake in Payatu Technologies, the parent company of Nullcon, a well-known cybersecurity conference in Pune.

Antriksh Shah, one of the co-founders, stated that this acquisition will help Nullcon expand its grassroots community and reach a global audience, including the U.S. market.

The conference's co-founders, Aseem Jakhar and Murtuja Bharmal, will continue to lead its expansion in India and internationally.

Jakhar emphasized that the partnership aims to make cybersecurity discussions more accessible and elevate the discourse around complex security research.

The goal is to shift the focus from technical aspects to strategic decision-making, ultimately driving business value in the cybersecurity landscape.
