Maruti Suzuki's sales in November increased by 10% to reach 181,531 units, compared to 164,439 units in the same month last year.
Domestic passenger vehicle wholesales also grew by 5% to 141,312 units from 134,158 units in November 2022.
Sales of the mini segment, including Alto and S-Presso, slightly decreased to 9,750 units from 9,959 units a year earlier.
Compact car sales, which include models like Baleno and Swift, fell to 61,373 units from 64,679 units.
However, utility vehicle sales saw a significant increase to 59,003 units from 49,016 units, driven by models such as Brezza and Ertiga.
The Eeco van experienced an increase in sales to 10,589 units, while sales of the light commercial vehicle Super Carry rose to 2,926 units.
Furthermore, Maruti Suzuki's exports performed strongly, reaching 28,633 units in November compared to 22,950 units in the same month last year.
