NCC secures 3390 crore contract for Ken-Betwa Link Project execution

NCC has been awarded a significant EPC contract worth Rs 3,389.49 crore for the Daudhan Dam, which is part of the Ken-Betwa Link Project.

NCC will be responsible for the planning, design, engineering, and hydro-mechanical works for the dam. The completion timeline for the project is 72 months from the order commencement date.

Following the announcement of the contract, NCC's shares rose by nearly 3% in early trading on November 29, indicating positive market sentiment. NCC currently has an order book of Rs 52,370 crore and a prospective project pipeline exceeding Rs 2.10 lakh crore. The company's stock has seen a significant increase of 83% over the past year, and its market capitalization stands at Rs 19,000 crore.
