A recent survey conducted by KPMG UK has shown that a majority of finance leaders in the UK have plans to increase the frequency of office attendance in the coming year.
According to the survey, over 75% of financial services executives at the director level or above expressed their intention to bring employees back to the office more often. It is worth noting that almost 40% of these executives are advocating for a minimum of four days of office work per week.
In response to the changing work environment post-pandemic, some companies are even considering the use of cameras to monitor attendance, indicating a shift towards stricter in-office requirements.
