ZEEL and its subsidiary have suffered a setback as an arbitral tribunal has rejected their claims against RailTel.
The dispute arose from ZEEL's allegations of wrongful termination of the Content on Demand Agreement by the public sector undertaking.
In the arbitration proceedings, ZEEL sought to recover amounts they asserted were wrongfully forfeited by RailTel.
The tribunal's decision is a significant development in the ongoing legal battle between the two entities, impacting ZEEL's financial standing and future operations in the content distribution sector.
