Solana's dapps achieved a significant milestone in November, generating a record $365 million in revenue. This surpassed the network's previous revenue of $92 million, highlighting the increasing importance of dapps within the ecosystem.
Pumpfun, a memecoin launchpad, stood out by surpassing $100 million in monthly revenue, accounting for approximately 25% of Solana's total dapp revenue. In the dex sector, Raydium led with $32 million in revenue, representing 86% of total spot dex earnings. Jupiter's perpetual contracts reached a new high of $17 million, with Phantom being the top earner among its swap API partners.
Memecoins dominated the dapp revenue landscape, accumulating over $500 million year-to-date, followed by Telegram bots and spot dex platforms with $300 million and $141 million, respectively. Kamino Finance reported a record $2.9 million in the lending category, driven by interest rate spreads, loan origination fees, and liquidation penalties. DeFi applications were the primary contributors to dapp revenue, accounting for 83.7%, while wallets, infrastructure, NFTs, and gaming made up the rest. The Solana ecosystem continues to experience strong growth, with monthly trade volume on dex platforms surpassing $100 billion.
