Leading Indian SaaS founders recently discussed the transformative impact of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) on their businesses at the Moneycontrol Global AI Conclave in Bengaluru.
The panel, which included Khadim Batti of Whatfix, highlighted how GenAI is reshaping customer support services and workflow automation, prompting SaaS companies to adapt quickly.
Batti, the CEO of Whatfix, emphasized their proactive approach to integrating AI into their operations, revealing that they had been developing vision models even before the launch of ChatGPT. This strategic move aims to enhance their software stack and improve engineering functions through tailored training modules for key engineers.
Whatfix, a digital adoption platform backed by Softbank, is also working on its own GenAI vision model, which is expected to disrupt the market.
