true north and others to divest 14.7 percent stake in home first finance

True North, along with two other stakeholders, plans to sell a 14.7% stake in Home First Finance through block deals. The shares will be sold at a floor price of Rs 968 each, which is 8% lower than the current market price.

On November 29, the shares of Home First Finance closed at Rs 1,058 on the National Stock Exchange, showing a decrease of 3.15%.

Kotak Securities has been appointed as the broker for this transaction.
