Pine Labs selects banks for one billion dollar IPO in 2026

Pine Labs, a fintech company, has chosen five investment banks to advise on its upcoming $1 billion IPO, set to launch in the first half of the 2026 financial year.

The selected banks are Axis Capital, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, JP Morgan, and Jefferies. Axis Capital is the only domestic advisor due to its existing relationship with Pine Labs and its parent company, Axis Bank.

The company is currently preparing for the IPO as it aims to strengthen its market presence. Pine Labs has not provided any further comments, and emails sent to the banks involved have not been answered.
