WiSEED, a well-known crowdfunding platform in France, is partnering with Quest for Health, a leading healthcare start-up coach in the country, to enhance its equity financing offerings.

This collaboration aims to provide investors with new opportunities to support promising French healthcare start-ups. The partnership introduces two financial instruments: a unique non-dilutive bridge-type convertible bond for start-ups to raise funds without equity investment, and traditional shares for investors seeking stakes in candidate start-ups.

One start-up has already utilized this innovative financing solution and successfully raised 488,000 euros. This expansion addresses the increasing demand from healthcare start-ups for crucial funding to advance their development, particularly in reaching the clinical trials phase.
