The company generates the majority of its revenue from online subscription sales, which make up 92.6% of total sales. These subscriptions include applications that automate sales forces, optimize sales data processing, and manage call centers and partner relations.
Professional services, such as consulting, implementation, and training, contribute 7.4% to Salesforce's revenue. In terms of geographical sales distribution, the Americas account for 67.8% of total sales, followed by Europe at 22.8% and Asia-Pacific at 9.4%.
