ubs maintains buy rating for continental shares with target price of 80 euros

Continental shares have been given a "Buy" rating by UBS AG, with a target price of 80 euros. Analyst David Lesne has emphasized that Continental is a preferred buy due to its lower valuation compared to other tire manufacturers.

The tire division is expected to have a higher valuation than competitors like Michelin. Continental shares have seen a 2.7 percent increase, reaching EUR 66.28, indicating a potential upside of 20.70 percent relative to the target price. Trading activity has been strong, with 98,004 shares exchanged so far today. The stock has risen by 2.3 percent since the beginning of 2025.

Continental's Q4 2024 results are expected to be released on March 6, 2025.
