PG Technoplast, a subsidiary of PG Electroplast, has recently signed a definitive agreement with Spiro Mobility to manufacture electric vehicles (EVs) in India.
As per the agreement, PG Technoplast will be responsible for establishing and managing the manufacturing facilities for EVs, lithium-ion batteries, and related components. They will also procure necessary parts and raw materials as specified by Spiro.
On the other hand, Spiro Mobility will handle the research and development, marketing, sales, and distribution of the EV products manufactured by PG Technoplast.
