ubs raises price target for deutsche telekom while maintaining neutral rating

UBS has raised its price target for Deutsche Telekom to 31 euros while keeping a "Neutral" rating.

Analyst Polo Tang expressed concerns about increased competition in Germany's mobile phone market, particularly in the low-cost segment, following the latest quarterly results from providers.

However, Tang remains optimistic about Deutsche Telekom's long-term prospects, citing potential for defensive earnings growth of over 11 percent and annual shareholder returns of more than 4 percent.

The analysis was published on November 25, 2024, and reflects the ongoing dynamics within the telecommunications sector.
