Gold Prices Fall Below Rs 79000 Amid Weak Demand and Global Trends

Gold prices in the national capital have fallen below Rs 79,000 per 10 grams, reaching Rs 78,850. This decline is due to reduced demand from stockists and retailers, as well as weak global trends.

The price of gold with 99.5 percent purity has also dropped by Rs 150 to Rs 78,450 per 10 grams, extending its losses for the third consecutive day.

On the other hand, silver prices have risen by Rs 100 to reach Rs 92,500 per kg.
