A consortium of banks, along with Ares Management Corp., will provide financing for KKR & Co.'s purchase of a minority stake in Enilive, an Italian company.

This acquisition will be funded with approximately €1.5 billion ($1.6 billion) in debt, with Ares contributing €700 million in infrastructure financing.

The remaining funds will be underwritten by a group of lenders, including both international and Italian banks. This investment demonstrates the continued interest in the Italian market and the potential for growth in the energy sector.
