Planify Launches VentureX Fund to Boost Investment in High-Potential SMEs

Planify has recently launched the VentureX Fund, an innovative investment fund that focuses on small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

The fund has a total size of Rs 1,000 crore and aims to capitalize on the growth potential of SMEs in emerging markets. It offers investors the opportunity to diversify their portfolios and achieve strong returns.

The VentureX Fund operates as an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) and requires a minimum investment of Rs 1 crore. It has a strategic capital deployment plan over 2.5 years, which includes investing in SME IPOs, participating in QIB rounds, and acquiring stocks on secondary SME exchanges.

The fund is led by experienced professionals, including a Fund Manager with extensive Wall Street experience. Rajesh Singla, Founder & CEO of Planify, highlighted the fund's ability to drive significant growth in the SME sector.
