Zinka Logistics Solutions Ltd's initial public offering (IPO) has received a lackluster response, with only 32 percent subscription after two days. The IPO, valued at Rs 1,115 crore, is priced between Rs 259-273 per share and is open for public subscription from November 13 to 18.
The company's goal is to transform the trucking industry in India by providing digital empowerment to truck operators through its BlackBuck app. This platform offers various services such as payments, telematics, load management, and vehicle financing.
The shares are currently commanding a flat grey market premium, indicating a lack of significant investor interest at this stage.
