Edward James has been appointed as the new managing director of EFG Harris Allday, subject to regulatory approval. He will be responsible for leading the firm's expansion in the Midlands region of the UK.
James has held senior positions at FNZ, Octopus Investments, Euroclear, and Gerrard Asset Management. He takes over from Richard Killingbeck, who is stepping down after five years. James began his career at Harris Allday Lea & Brooks in 1995 and most recently served as CEO of FNZ Asset Management Infrastructure.
