Urs Monstein has been officially appointed as CEO of VP Bank, a position he has held on an interim basis since May. Monstein, who joined the bank in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer, was chosen as CEO due to his strong leadership skills and deep understanding of the bank's corporate culture and strategic priorities.

Philippe Wüst has been named as the new interim Chief Financial Officer. The bank also announced that Roger Barmettler, the outgoing CFO, and Mara Harvey, CEO of VP Bank (Switzerland) and head of the European region, will leave by the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition during the reorganization.

The restructuring will involve the Group Executive Management overseeing the Liechtenstein bank, its international locations, products, services, investments, and strategic transformation, in addition to the roles of the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer.
