The state government aims to train 35,000 drone pilots to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in this rapidly expanding industry. A comprehensive drone policy is expected to be released within 15 days, aimed at creating a business-friendly environment for drone manufacturers.
Naidu highlighted the successful use of drones in recent disaster response efforts, particularly during the floods in Vijayawada, where they played a crucial role in delivering essential supplies such as food and water.
