Ionic Digital has recently hired a new legal chief, Schnaidt, who has a wealth of experience from her previous position as counsel at the well-regarded law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.

In this role, she provided strategic legal guidance to asset management and financial services firms going through various stages of business transformation.

Prior to her time at Paul Weiss, Schnaidt served as general counsel for private fund managers with multi-billion-dollar portfolios, further establishing her expertise in the financial sector.

Her appointment is expected to strengthen Ionic Digital's legal framework and support its growth in the ever-changing financial landscape.
