Nike faces significant risks in upcoming quarters according to UBS analysis

Nike, Inc. is expected to face significant downside risk in the upcoming quarters, according to UBS.

The company specializes in sports footwear, clothing, and equipment, and sells a diverse range of products under well-known brands such as Nike, Jordan, and Converse. Footwear accounts for 68.6% of net sales, followed by clothing at 27%, and sports equipment at 4.1%.

Nike's products are available through a global network of 1,045 stores, independent distributors, and online platforms. In terms of geographical distribution, North America contributes 41.6% of net sales, followed by Europe/Middle East/Africa at 26.5%, China at 14.7%, and Asia/Pacific and Latin America at 13.1%. The company also reports a small percentage of sales from other regions, totaling 4.1%.
