gam investments equity team transitions to jupiter asset management by 2025

GAM Investments is set to lose its European Equity Team, as three key members—Niall Gallagher, Chris Sellers, and Chris Legg—will transition to Jupiter Asset Management. This move is expected to take place by summer 2025.

Gallagher, who has been with GAM since 2009 and serves as the Investment Director for European Equity Funds, brings experience from T. Rowe Price and Blackrock. Sellers and Legg have been with GAM for over ten years and nearly eight years, respectively.

The team currently manages approximately £1.4 billion in investments for institutional and private clients. Jupiter Asset Management anticipates a seamless transition of investment management responsibilities for its existing European equity funds, ensuring that client interests remain a priority throughout the handover process.
