DLF remains optimistic on sales guidance despite Q2FY25 booking decline

DLF Limited is confident in achieving its sales guidance for the current financial year, despite a decline in sales bookings for the quarter ending September 30.

The company reported new sales bookings of Rs 692 crore, primarily due to delays in obtaining necessary approvals for new product launches.

CEO Ashok Tyagi emphasized a strong pipeline and ongoing activity in the rental business, reinforcing the company's positive outlook.

He stated that DLF is well-positioned to reach the Rs 17,000 crore sales target this fiscal year, with approvals for its super luxury project, The Dahlias at DLF 5 in Gurugram, received early in the quarter.

The residential sector remains strong, and the development business continues to perform steadily.
