NBCC has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with HUDCO to develop a 10-acre institutional plot in Noida. The project is estimated to cost Rs 600 crore.
As the Project Management Consultant, NBCC aims to expand its portfolio in the region. In the first half of the year, the company has reported securing business worth Rs 22,300 crore on a standalone basis, which is one of its highest achievements in a six-month period.
Apart from the Noida project, NBCC is actively involved in developing a satellite township in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, valued at Rs 15,000 crore. The company is also progressing with six projects in Goa worth Rs 1,726 crore. Additionally, NBCC is undertaking the redevelopment of a land parcel from MTNL, estimated at Rs 1,600 crore, and has two land parcels in Jhansi valued at Rs 700 crore.
Work on the Amrapali Phase 2 project in the National Capital Region is progressing rapidly, with tenders amounting to Rs 8,400 crore. Six projects are expected to be uploaded and awarded in the coming months, with revenue contributions anticipated to begin in the fourth quarter.
