generali france restructures executive committee for strategic plan 2027 2030

Generali France has recently announced a significant reorganization of its organizational structure to support its strategic plan for 2027-2030. The aim of this overhaul is to enhance Generali France's role as a partner to its customers and distributors.

The new structure, which will be implemented from July 1, 2024, will focus on four key markets: Savings and Wealth Management, Property & Casualty, Health and Personal Protection, and Collectives and Retirement. The Distribution Department will now be led by Rodolphe Plouvier and will be strengthened by the addition of Partnerships.

Additionally, three new departments have been established to consolidate expertise in support functions: Delegated General Management, Technology & Operations, and Marketing, Communication, and Sustainability. This reorganization aligns with Generali France's "Lifetime Partner" strategy and positions the company to achieve its ambitious goals in a rapidly changing economic, social, environmental, and technological landscape.
