Former UBS Banker Launches Credit Fund Amid Rising Demand for Debt-for-Nature Swaps

Ramzi Issa, a former senior banker at UBS Group AG, has recently launched Enosis Capital, a credit fund that aims to take advantage of the increasing demand for debt-for-nature swaps.

The firm, based in Delaware, began operations in November and currently has a small team of around three employees.

Issa's expertise in structured credit and sustainable credit products is expected to drive the company's efforts in the growing market for environmentally-focused financial solutions.
