June Yee Felix has been elected to the Board of Directors of Iron Mountain Incorporated, effective January 1, 2025.

With over 30 years of leadership experience in the financial services, fintech, and technology sectors, Ms. Felix brings a wealth of expertise to the board. She previously served as Group CEO of IG Group plc from 2018 to 2023 and was a non-executive director on its board from 2015 to 2018. Ms. Felix has also held senior leadership positions at Verifone, Citibank, IBM, and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Additionally, she has been a non-executive director of RELX PLC since 2020 and has been involved with the London Technology Club since 2018. Ms. Felix holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and pre-med from the University of Pittsburgh.

Iron Mountain Board Chairperson Pamela Arway expressed confidence in Ms. Felix's extensive experience, which will contribute to the board's strength and expertise. President and CEO William L.
