China Renaissance CEO resigns after less than a year in role

China Renaissance Holdings Ltd. has announced the resignation of CEO Xie Yi Jing, who took over the role less than 10 months ago following the departure of co-founder Bao Fan. Xie, also a co-founder of the firm, cited personal and family reasons for his decision to step down.

In a filing with the Hong Kong exchange, the company confirmed that Xie will continue to serve until January 31 of the following year. He will be succeeded by veteran investment banker Wang Lixing, marking a significant leadership transition for the firm amid ongoing challenges in the financial sector.
