UBS Group AG has disclosed that it now owns more than 5% of Ubisoft Entertainment's share capital as of November 15, 2024.

The Swiss financial institution currently holds 6,829,776 shares, which represents 5.22% of the capital and 4.78% of the voting rights.

This increase in ownership resulted from acquiring shares off the market and through assimilation.

As a result, the trading exemption for the declarant does not apply in this case.
