Private Corner has introduced the PC Feeder Mérieux Innovation 2, a feeder fund focused on healthcare innovation.

This fund is classified as an article 8 SFDR and is eligible for tax deferral under article 150-0 B ter of the French General Tax Code, as well as a preferential capital gains regime.

The Mérieux Innovation 2 master fund aims to improve access to impactful healthcare products and services, with a particular focus on early diagnosis, surgical robotization, and miniaturized medical devices.

It plans to support around 15 innovative European companies that are leading in technological advancements and scientific breakthroughs, providing them with necessary financial and operational support until they can transition to industrial players for market acceleration.

Investors can participate with a minimum investment of €100,000, callable over a 4 to 5-year period.

The feeder fund aggregates investments from private individuals and entities through a dedicated vehicle structured as an FPCI, which will directly invest in the Mérieux Innovation 2 target fund.

The marketing period for this initiative is open until the end of 2025.
