A.P. Moller-Maersk has been downgraded by UBS from "Buy" to "Neutral," with the price target adjusted from 13,953 to 11,000 Danish crowns.
The downgrade is due to concerns over medium-term overcapacity in the overseas shipping sector and investor apprehensions regarding the company's capital utilization.
Analyst Cristian Nedelcu noted that there is currently no clear path for the shares to be revalued in the short term.
This change in rating reflects a cautious outlook for the major shipping company amid ongoing market challenges.
