EFG International Appoints Demis Stucki as New Chief Operating Officer

Demis Stucki has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer of EFG International, taking over from Martin Freiermuth.

Stucki, who is a member of the Executive Committee, will be responsible for overseeing the bank's global operations and IT.

His main focus will be on accelerating the bank's digital strategy and improving operational efficiency.

Stucki previously held the position of COO Global Private Banking and has extensive experience in the Private Banking division in Switzerland and Italy.

Additionally, Ioanna Archimandriti has been named as the Global Head of Human Resources.

Both Stucki and Archimandriti have been assigned to lead key areas that have been identified as drivers of growth in the bank's strategy.

CEO Giorgio Pradelli has emphasized the importance of attracting and retaining top talent, as well as advancing digital innovation, in order to achieve the bank's growth targets for 2025 and beyond.
