Raiffeisen Waren GmbH, based in Kassel, will become a part of Baustoff-Allianz Nord Fachhandel GmbH & Co. KG on January 1, 2025.

KG aims to strengthen the alliance and enhance the competitiveness of medium-sized companies in the sector. This collaboration will result in a total of 151 specialist retail locations across Germany, with the addition of 53 new locations.

The alliance seeks to effectively navigate the changing market landscape by maximizing the benefits of cooperation through joint purchasing negotiations. In addition, the alliance will provide additional services such as personnel development and marketing support to its members.
