creditors recover 3.55 lakh crore under insolvency law by September

Approximately Rs 3.55 lakh crore has been recovered by creditors through the resolution of 1,068 cases under the insolvency law as of September this year.

There are currently 1,963 ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) cases, with 1,388 of these cases exceeding the stipulated time limit of 270 days.
