As of the end of 2023, Crédit Agricole S.A. managed EUR 835 billion in deposits and EUR 516.3 billion in loans. The General Court of the European Union has recently upheld the European Commission"s decision to impose fines on Crédit Agricole and Credit Suisse for their involvement in a cartel, reinforcing the regulatory scrutiny faced by major financial institutions in Europe.
