Brad Dunstan and Will Goodwin have been appointed as joint chief investment officers for New Zealand's sovereign wealth fund, effective early December.
This decision comes after the departure of Stephen Gilmore, who left the fund in June to join the California Public Employees' Retirement System.
Jo Townsend, CEO of Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation, announced the promotions, emphasizing the expertise and leadership that Dunstan and Goodwin bring to their new roles. These appointments are expected to enhance the fund's investment strategies and overall performance in the competitive financial landscape.
