Christine Schulze Elected to Zurich Cantonal Bank Board of Directors

Kristine Schulze, a member of the socialist party, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Zurich Cantonal Bank (ZKB) by the Zurich Cantonal Council. She will assume the position on January 1, 2025, succeeding Henrich Kisker, who is stepping down due to the age limit for the role.

Schulze brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector, having held various management and specialist positions at well-known institutions such as Credit Suisse, Coop Bank, and Helvetia Group. Currently, she serves as the Head of Sustainability at the Swiss Insurance Association (SIA).

The appointment is in line with the representation of parliamentary groups in the cantonal parliament, with the socialist party entitled to a third seat following the 2023 cantonal elections. Schulze's term will continue until 2027.
