foreign institutional investors mostly finished selling in indian markets

Samir Arora, founder of Helios Capital, stated that foreign institutional investors (FIIs) are close to finishing their selling spree in Indian markets. He mentioned that there may be minor fluctuations in the coming weeks but overall, the trend of selling is coming to an end.

Arora explained that the reason for the FIIs' withdrawal from Indian stocks is primarily due to disappointing corporate earnings, rather than a strategic shift towards China or the US. He also noted that the prevailing narrative about investors avoiding China due to political tensions may not be the definitive factor influencing their decisions.
