Liechtensteinische Landesbank issues 200 million CHF bond to enhance financing structure

The Liechtensteinische Landesbank (LLB) has recently announced the issuance of a senior preferred bond worth CHF 200 million. This bond has a term of 10 years and will mature on October 30, 2034.

The bond is being managed by ZKB and UBS and has a coupon rate of 1.60% and an issue price of 100.437%. The yield to maturity is set at 1.552%, with a spread of +90 basis points. The purpose of this bond issuance is to enhance LLB's financing structure and refinance growth initiatives.

The bond will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange starting October 29, 2024, and has been rated Aa3 by Moody's. The minimum denomination for investment is CHF 100,000, and the first payment is scheduled for October 30, 2024.
