glarner kantonalbank nominates angela petruzzi for board of directors election

Angela Petruzzi has been nominated by Glarner Kantonalbank (GLKB) for election to its Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on April 25. She will be replacing Benjamin Mühlemann, who is stepping down from his position.

Angela Petruzzi is the owner and managing director of Petruzzi GmbH and Erich Fischli & Partner KLG in Näfels. Her expertise lies in financial statement, tax, and management consulting, as well as auditing for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Previously, she held the role of Head of Auditing at BDO AG in Lachen and Glarus.

Benjamin Mühlemann has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2021, representing the Glarus cantonal government. After the unfortunate passing of former Chairman Martin Leutenegger earlier this year, Mühlemann agreed to continue as an independent member of the Board until the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
