Reliance Power and Reliance Infrastructure have restructured their boards, promoting four senior officials to key positions.

Ashok Pal has been elevated to Executive Director, while Sachin Mohapatra and Harmanjit Singh Nagi join as Additional Directors at Reliance Power.

Mohapatra serves as Whole Time Director and CEO of Sasan Power Ltd, and Nagi is the President of Corporate Development at Reliance Power.

Partha Sarma has also been appointed as Additional Director of Reliance Infrastructure.

This board reconstitution aims to align with the Reliance Group’s Vision 2030 Growth Strategy, emphasizing a dynamic and youthful leadership team.

The initiative reflects the companies" commitment to recognizing and nurturing internal talent, fostering innovation, and ensuring sustained growth.

To facilitate this transition, the newly established Reliance Group Corporate Centre (RGCC) will provide strategic guidance to the newly appointed directors, ensuring their effective integration into leadership roles within the organization.
